We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon, please contact us immediately with the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
• A description of the material that you claim is infringing and where it is located on our website.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for services rendered by Acoustic Realms Recording Studio is due according to the terms outlined in your project agreement or invoice. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify our rates at any time. However, once a project agreement has been signed, the agreed-upon price will remain in effect for the duration of the project.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be equal to the deposit amount.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Nashville, Tennessee.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after the changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
